           QuantumCURE Pro™ Server Node

A Private Computational Drug Discovery Engine for Research Teams

QuantumCURE Pro™ Server Node is a managed computational drug discovery system designed for small biotech teams, university research groups, and pilot research programs that need docking, scoring, workflow tracking, and reproducibility tools without building their own cloud infrastructure.

It combines multi-user access, multi-worker docking, Golden List validation, REST API access, operational monitoring, and engineering audit trails into one controlled research environment.

Built for 10-Seat Research Teams

The Server Node is designed as a private 10-seat computational environment where researchers can submit compounds, monitor jobs, review results, and build validated candidate lists.

Instead of each user running isolated tools, the Server Node uses a shared worker pool. Jobs enter a managed queue, workers process compounds in parallel, and results return to the correct user session with provenance and audit tracking.

What the Server Node Provides

  • Multi-user docking workflow

  • Multi-worker cloud execution

  • Private research workspace

  • Golden List and Wet List management

  • Live worker and queue monitoring

  • Mobile “Pocket NOC” operations view

  • REST API access

  • API key generation

  • Workflow Realism Testing™

  • Engineering Quality Ledger™

  • Failure analytics and retry tracking

  • Mission Dashboard with live result provenance

Multi-Worker Compute Engine

QuantumCURE Pro™ Server Node can scale worker capacity based on the selected node policy.

The Bronze Server Node has been validated with live multi-worker execution, where multiple Cloud Run workers process docking jobs from a shared queue. This improves throughput while preserving cost control, auditability, and safe job claiming.

Golden List Integrity

The Golden List is not a demo leaderboard. It is a curated research asset.

QuantumCURE Pro™ now includes provenance tagging to distinguish live docking results from demo, simulated, placeholder, or unknown records. Admins can review, clean, validate, and re-dock selected compounds to measure reproducibility.

Pilot Boss and Admin Monitoring

A Pilot Boss or Admin can monitor system health from desktop or mobile.

The mobile Worker Status view shows:

  • Requested workers

  • Live workers

  • Busy and idle workers

  • Queue depth

  • Active sessions

  • Throughput

  • Last heartbeat

  • Recent provisioning events

This gives research leaders a live view of the computational engine.

Designed for Research Pilots

QuantumCURE Pro™ Server Node is currently being prepared for pilot deployment with selected research partners.

The first offering is planned as a controlled 10-seat Server Node pilot for cancer drug discovery workflows.

Ideal pilot users include:

  • R2 university research groups

  • Small biotech teams

  • Translational research labs

  • Computational chemistry groups

  • Cancer biology research teams

  • Startup discovery programs

Why It is very useful

Many research groups want computational screening capability but do not want to assemble cloud infrastructure, worker orchestration, docking tools, APIs, queues, dashboards, and audit systems from scratch.

QuantumCURE Pro™ Server Node provides a managed starting point.

It is not a replacement for wet-lab validation. It is a computational triage and discovery workflow designed to help researchers organize, score, compare, and validate promising compounds before deeper experimental review.

Current Status

QuantumCURE Pro™ Server Node is in Bronze Node RC1 development.

Core systems now include:

  • Multi-user workflow

  • Multi-worker execution

  • Worker heartbeat monitoring

  • Node Capacity control

  • Failure analytics

  • Golden List provenance

  • Mobile operations monitoring

  • REST API foundation

  • Workflow realism testing

  • Engineering audit logging

Availability

The first 10-seat QuantumCURE Pro™ Server Node pilot is planned for Summer 2026.
