QuantumCURE Pro™
QuantumCURE Pro™ — Quantum-Enhanced Drug Discovery for Everyone - March 2026
QuantumCURE Pro™ eliminates infrastructure friction so computational scientists can focus on discovery rather than orchestration. We absorb the scaling, cloud management, and workflow integration complexity so research teams can concentrate on science.
QuantumCURE Pro™
Drug Discovery Infrastructure, Rebuilt for the Rest of Us
QuantumCURE Pro™ is a cloud-native molecular docking and scoring platform built to help serious researchers spend less time wrestling with infrastructure and more time focusing on discovery.
I’m Mansour Ansari, founder of QuantumLaso, LLC. From my back office in Oklahoma City, I built QuantumCURE Pro™ to solve a problem I kept seeing again and again: early-stage drug discovery is powerful, but the workflow is still too fragmented, too expensive, and too dependent on scripts, clusters, and manual orchestration.
QuantumCURE Pro™ is my answer to that problem.
It combines structured molecular docking, scoring, shortlist building, entropy-aware exploration, and batch intelligence into a single browser-based system designed for universities, biotech startups, independent researchers, and citizen scientists who want serious capability without enterprise overhead.
What QuantumCURE Pro™ Does
QuantumCURE Pro™ helps researchers move from protein target to ranked compounds through a more disciplined and explainable workflow.
The platform supports:
-
protein preparation and reusable target setup
-
large-scale ligand intake and normalization
-
cloud-based docking workflows
-
multi-layer scoring and triage
-
IC₅₀-oriented interpretation
-
scaffold-aware shortlist building
-
entropy-aware experiment tracking
-
wet-list and Golden List workflows
-
pre-docking batch intelligence before compute is spent
This is not just a page that runs docking jobs. It is a growing discovery environment designed to help users shape better batches, understand results more clearly, and build more defensible candidate lists.
Built by a Systems Engineer for Real Research Work
I did not build QuantumCURE Pro™ as a cosmetic wrapper around a few scripts. I built it as a full-stack research platform.
Over thousands of hours of focused development, I assembled a system that connects cloud orchestration, molecular docking workflows, result review, entropy-aware experimentation, and structured candidate filtering into one product. The goal was simple: give smaller teams access to a serious discovery workflow without forcing them to build their own infrastructure stack first.
That means fewer disconnected tools, fewer manual handoffs, and a more coherent path from idea to shortlist.
A Smarter Pre-Docking Workflow
One of the most important ideas behind QuantumCURE Pro™ is that the system should help before the docking engine starts, not just after it finishes.
That is why the platform is evolving beyond simple job launch into a more intelligent batch workflow.
Pre-Dock Forecast
Before a run begins, the system can assess a batch and estimate operational risk such as likely chemistry incompatibilities, likely timeout behavior, and mixed-risk compounds. This helps the user understand what may happen before spending compute.
Iterative Batch Refinement
If risky compounds are detected, the user can replace selected flagged compounds from the same bucket and re-run the assessment. This allows the batch to be improved before queueing.
Clear Post-Run Outcome Handling
When a run finishes, the platform now distinguishes between true docking success, chemistry-related quarantine, timeout-limited partial success, and worker failure. That means users get a more honest explanation of what happened.
Duplicate and Reservation Awareness
As the platform moves toward broader multi-user operation, QuantumCURE Pro™ is adding compound deduplication and reservation controls so the same compounds are not blindly re-selected or claimed under the same conditions.
Together, these features make the platform more disciplined, more explainable, and more useful in real research workflows.
Entropy-Aware Lead Discovery
QuantumCURE Pro™ also explores a question that most conventional workflows ignore:
What happens when entropy itself becomes a tracked experimental variable?
The platform supports multiple entropy paths, including:
-
classical PRNG baselines
-
QRNG-derived entropy from physical hardware
-
annealing-derived seed streams from quantum workflows
The goal is not to replace physics-based docking with mystique. The goal is to create a structured way to compare how different entropy sources affect exploration pathways, search diversity, and the emergence of candidates in large screening campaigns.
Over time, this creates a richer form of discovery provenance. Not just which compounds scored well, but under what exploration conditions they surfaced.
That is the foundation of what I call Entropy-Aware Lead Discovery.
Beyond Docking Scores
A docking score alone is not enough.
QuantumCURE Pro™ is being built to help explain why a compound deserves a closer look. The platform layers docking output with additional review signals so promising compounds can be filtered and organized more intelligently.
These include:
-
binding affinity review
-
predicted IC₅₀-style interpretation
-
structural forensics and clash awareness
-
scaffold grouping
-
shortlist curation
-
wet-list candidate formation
-
Golden List tracking for higher-confidence survivors
The long-term objective is not to generate endless result tables. It is to help produce a more defensible, lab-facing shortlist.
Designed for the Teams That Usually Get Left Out
QuantumCURE Pro™ is being built for people who often have strong ideas but limited infrastructure:
-
university research groups
-
startup biotech teams
-
independent computational researchers
-
founder-led science ventures
-
citizen scientists working seriously
The platform is meant to reduce the infrastructure burden that keeps many good ideas from being explored at scale. Instead of forcing users to stitch together preparation tools, docking scripts, cloud plumbing, and review layers on their own, QuantumCURE Pro™ aims to provide a more integrated path.
Current Product Direction
QuantumCURE Pro™ is actively evolving in several important directions:
-
stronger pre-docking intelligence
-
smarter batch refinement before launch
-
clearer result-state explanations
-
multi-user architecture
-
compound dedupe and reservation logic
-
stronger auditability and reproducibility
-
Improved shortlist governance
-
broader entropy-aware experimental support
This is a product being built deliberately, layer by layer, with the goal of becoming not just usable, but trustworthy.
Built With Purpose
This project began as a mission to stay useful, build something real, and apply modern tools to one of the hardest problems in science. It has grown into a serious platform with a clear direction: make advanced discovery workflows more accessible, more explainable, and more disciplined.
QuantumCURE Pro™ is the result of that effort.
It is being built in Oklahoma City, independently, with the belief that useful science infrastructure does not have to come only from giant institutions.
Who It’s For
QuantumCURE Pro™ may be a strong fit if you are:
-
screening compounds against a known target
-
building an early shortlist for deeper analysis
-
exploring repurposing opportunities
-
comparing exploration behavior across entropy modes
-
looking for a more structured path from docking to wet-list thinking
-
trying to do serious work without spending your life managing scripts and infrastructure
Platform Status
QuantumCURE Pro™ is in active buildout and refinement, with core docking, scoring, batch review, and shortlist workflows already in place and additional multi-user and governance features under development.
